After sightseeing in Kathmandu, the journey continues to Pokhara, a scenic city known for its peaceful lakes and breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) mountains. In Pokhara, visitors enjoy attractions like Phewa Lake boating, Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Cave, World Peace Pagoda, and sunrise views from Sarangkot. The package typically includes accommodation, transportation, guided sightseeing, and sometimes adventure activities such as paragliding or trekking, making it an ideal short holiday for those wanting to experience Nepal’s culture, nature, and mountain scenery in one trip.

Itinerary

Arrive in Kathmandu – Upon arrival at the airport, our representative will greet you, assist you, and transfer you to the hotel. Enjoy a welcome drink at the hotel, followed by a short tour briefing about the itinerary. In the evening, visit Boudhanath Stupa and attend the aarti ceremony at Pashupatinath Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

After breakfast and morning activities, proceed for a scenic drive to Pokhara (approx. 200 km). En route, visit the Manakamana Temple. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check in at the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pokhara.

Manakamana Temple:
Manakamana Temple is a revered Hindu temple located in Gorkha district of Nepal. Perched on a hilltop, it is dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati, who is believed to grant the wishes of her devotees. The temple can be reached by a cable car ride, which also provides beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the Trishuli River. It is an important religious site and a well-known pilgrimage destination for Hindu devotees.

Early morning drive to Sarangkot (approx. 13 km / 30 minutes) to witness the beautiful sunrise along with stunning views of the Himalayan mountain ranges. En route, visit Bindabasani Temple. Later, drive back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, proceed for a half-day sightseeing tour covering Devi’s Falls, Gupteshwor Cave, and Taal Barahi Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pokhara.

Sarangkot:
Sarangkot is a scenic hilltop destination located near Pokhara, Nepal. Famous for its breathtaking sunrise views, it offers panoramic sights of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. The place is also popular for paragliding and for enjoying the spectacular beauty of the Himalayan landscape.

Bindabasani Temple:
Located in the central area of Pokhara, Bindabasani Temple is a respected Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Bindabasani. It holds great religious significance for locals and is admired for its beautiful architecture and traditional rituals.

Devi’s Falls:
Devi’s Falls, also called “Patale Chhango,” is a famous waterfall situated southwest of Pokhara. It is created by the Pardi Khola stream, which flows into an underground tunnel. The waterfall is especially impressive during the monsoon season when the water flow is strong.

Gupteshwor Cave:
Located close to Devi’s Falls, Gupteshwor Cave is a sacred underground cave. Inside the cave is a Shiva lingam, and the dim lighting gives the cave a mystical atmosphere. The narrow pathways lead to a special viewpoint where visitors can see the waterfall flowing inside the cave.

Taal Barahi Temple:
Taal Barahi Temple is a beautiful pagoda-style temple situated on a small island in Phewa Lake, Pokhara. Dedicated to Goddess Barahi, it is an important religious and cultural site. Visitors usually take a boat ride across the lake to reach the temple while enjoying peaceful views of the lake and surrounding hills.

Early in the morning after breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu (approx. 200 km). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Exclusions

Entrance fees for sightseeing locations are not included.
Manakamana Ropeway tickets and any optional sightseeing activities are excluded.

International or domestic airfare and Nepal visa charges are not included.

Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry services, and porter charges are not covered.

Extra costs arising from flight cancellations, roadblocks, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances are not included.

Additional charges during high season, Christmas, Diwali, and New Year may apply.

Any other services not specifically mentioned above are excluded.

Tour Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• If the proposed itinerary includes flights, helicopter services, Abhishek puja, transfers, permits, adventure activities, or similar services, cancellation or rescheduling will be handled according to the respective service providers’ terms and conditions.

Reschedule more than 15 days before arrival: An additional charge of 10% of the package cost or INR 5,000 (whichever is higher) will apply, along with any applicable fees as mentioned above.

Reschedule between 15 to 7 days before arrival: 20% of the package cost or INR 7,500 (whichever is higher) will be charged, along with any applicable fees as mentioned in the first point.

Reschedule between 7 to 4 days before arrival: 40% of the package cost or INR 10,000 (whichever is higher) will be charged, along with any applicable fees as mentioned earlier.

Reschedule within 4 days of arrival: The deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit must be paid again to confirm the booking.

• In case of rescheduling the trip, the updated package price based on the new travel dates will be applicable.

• When the trip is rescheduled, the validity of the paid amount will be up to 180 days. Guests must complete the tour within this period; otherwise, the paid deposit or full payment will expire and will not be refunded.

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded, after deducting any applicable fees mentioned above.

Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit will be refunded, after deducting applicable fees as mentioned above.

Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: No refund of the deposit or full payment will be provided.

Cancellation on or after the tour start date: No refund of the deposit or total payment will be made.

Within 7 days of arrival or during the tour, if any group member cancels or does not show up, the full invoice amount must be paid with no deduction.

Payment Policy:

50% payment at the time of confirmation and the remaining balance must be paid before the group’s arrival.
