Overview

This 4 nights and 5 days Kashmir tour covers some of the valley’s most beautiful destinations. The journey begins in Srinagar, where you enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, visit the Mughal Gardens, and stay in a traditional houseboat. The trip then continues to Sonamarg, the “Meadow of Gold,” offering stunning mountain views and optional pony rides to Thajiwas Glacier. Next is Gulmarg, famous for the Gondola cable car, scenic meadows, and snow activities. Finally, you visit Pahalgam, a picturesque valley along the Lidder River, known for Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari . This tour offers a perfect short getaway to experience Kashmir’s lakes, valleys, and natural beauty.

Itinerary

Welcome to Srinagar, the Lake City. On arrival at Srinagar Airport, begin your Kashmir tour and transfer to the hotel. Later, enjoy a city tour visiting Shankaracharya Temple, the famous Mughal Gardens (Chashmashahi, Nishat & Shalimar), and Tulip Garden (if open). Also visit Hazratbal Dargah. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Today enjoy a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, the ‘Meadow of Gold’, located at 2743 meters above sea level and the last stop of Kashmir before Ladakh begins. You can take a pony ride (at your own cost) to Thajiwas Glacier or visit Zero Point/Zojila Pass. In the evening, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.”

After breakfast, we drive to Gulmarg, passing beautiful villages and rice fields. Gulmarg, known as the “Meadow of Flowers,” is famous for its scenic beauty, the world’s highest golf course, and winter sports. Enjoy an optional Gondola ride to Khilanmarg and visit Mohinishwar Shivalaya Shiv Mandir. After sightseeing and photography, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) after breakfast, about 96 km from Srinagar (approx. 3 hours). On the way, visit Pampore saffron fields, Awantipura Ruins (1100-year-old Vishnu temple), and Martand Sun Temple/Apple Valley. Enjoy the scenic pine forests and the Lidder stream at Pahalgam. You may also hire a local union car (at your own cost) to visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari. Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Tour Policy

General Policy:
  • Identification: All guests must carry valid government-issued ID (Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License). PAN cards are not valid for check-in.
  • Conduct: Our Tour Captains reserve the right to take immediate action against any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the group's safety.
  • Damages: Guests are liable for any damages to company assets or property caused beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Personal Property: Xtreme Moto Adventure is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings, including electronics and luggage.
  • Dynamic Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website or brochures.
Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change; however, due to the nature of adventure travel, the following cancellation charges apply:

  • Standard Rule: Initial booking amounts are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • 30+ Days Notice: Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure attract a 20% charge of the total ticket value.
  • Under 30 Days Notice: Cancellations within 30 days of departure attract a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
  • Forfeiture: Failure to complete the 30% deposit within the stipulated timeframe or 3 months prior to travel will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of all paid amounts.
  • Refund Method: There are no cash refunds. Refunds for eligible services will be issued as Credit Notes valid for future expeditions.
Payment Policy:

To ensure the seamless organization of your expedition, we adhere to the following payment schedule:

  • Booking Confirmation: A minimum of 10% of the total booking value must be deposited within 24 hours to secure your slot.
  • Initial Deposit: 30% of the total billing amount is required at the time of official booking confirmation.
  • Final Balance: The remaining 70% must be cleared at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
  • Adherence: Failure to meet these timelines may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking without prior notice.
